Shipping and Returns

GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION

Please note: Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions.  These situations do not qualify as defects and buyer will pay return shipping.

Due to limited quantities and high demand of our products, we may not be able to exchange your item.  If this happens the refund will be processed in the original form of payment.

SHIPPING POLICY

All new orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification.  Orders placed after 5 pm CST will be processed the next business day.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.  

We use USPS for delivery.  Many of our items are limited quantity, we sell out of items quickly.  If this happens, we will notify you and if you wish you may cancel your order up to time of shipment.  We offer free shipping on purchases over $75 shipped in the continental USA.  A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped.  All shipments will take approximately 5-7 business days.

Bray’s Saddlery is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays within USPS
  • International Duties for Customs charges
  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The USPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
  • Products marked as delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding you package.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.  Any package returned to us as undeliverable will be reshipped at the customer expense.  We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.  We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide the USPS to file a claim. 

RETURN POLICY

Bray's Saddlery will be happy to exchange or return items that are unworn, in perfect condition with all tags attached.  You may exchange or return merchandise within 15 days of receipt for online orders.  Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to the store.

Once Bray's Saddlery receives your package your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.  

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your items immediately upon receiving.  If you believe it has a defect or damage, you MUST contact within 3 days of receipt.  No exceptions!

  1. Use your smartphone to take a picture of the defective or damaged area and email the image to brays@srt.com including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
  2. Indicate “defective” or “damaged” in you subject line.
  3. Include the first and last name on your Bray’s Saddlery account, order #, and product code/name of the item.

You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 24 hours.

NO RETURN ON FINAL SALE ITEMS.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sales items cannot be refunded.
